MAKING A PURCHASE

You will then be redirected to the Checkout where you can pay securely with your credit or debit card.

Please provide your full delivery address including the postcode.

Please ensure that the delivery address is one where someone will be able to receive, sign for, & look after the artwork when it arrives.

Shevaun Doherty will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details.

PAYMENT

Payment is very easy, just click on the Shopping Cart Button and proceed to Checkout. You can pay using PayPal or Stripe, both trusted online payment systems

Stripe accepts payments by all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, American Express.

Using your credit card through via our website and Stripe is totally safe. Our website is SSL certified and we do NOT store your card details, Stripe does. They are PCI compliant to the most stringent standards.

DELIVERY

Artwork is shipped by registered post within five working days. Once the artwork has been shipped, an email will be sent to the buyer with a tracking number so that the progress of the artwork can be followed in transit.

If for any reason the artwork cannot be shipped within five days, the buyer will be notified immediately by email. Please note that framing can sometimes take longer.

Postage is based on An Post’s Registered Post Rates. For original artwork, additional transit insurance may be added onto the price. The buyer will be informed of this cost before the artwork is shipped.

For orders outside Ireland, buyers will be informed of any additional postage costs before shipping. Artworks shipped outside the E.U. may be subject to import duties & taxes. Please contact the customs office in the country of destination for more information about any applicable duties & taxes. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information is collected from the buyer when an order is placed, and this information is used to process the order, and when necessary to contact the buyer regarding the order. All sensitive customer information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). No information about the buyers is ever disclosed to third parties. All information is stored securely, collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Mailing Lists are never given or sold to third parties.

REFUND POLICY FOR ARTWORK

If you are in any way disappointed your order, please contact me on shevaun@shevaundoherty.com within 14 days after delivery.

Whilst all artwork is packaged with great care to ensure that it reaches its destination safely, accidents do occasionally happen. I have a 14 day returns policy which applies for artwork that has been damaged in transit. Please provide clear photographs of the damage in your email. Please note that the original shipping cost cannot be refunded. Return shipping is also at the buyer’s own expense. The buyer is responsible for the safe return of the artwork using track & trace with a reputable carrier.

Refunds will be issued once the artwork has been returned safely.

REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE TUITION

If you are sign up for the Botanical Elements Online Art Course and decide that the course is not for you, please contact me on shevaun@shevaundoherty.com within 7 days and you will be given a full refund.
Refunds given after 7 days are entirely at the discretion of Shevaun Doherty and may incur a fee to cover bank charges.
Non-completion of a course does not waive fee obligations. If a student does not complete a course for whatever reason all fees remain payable to shevaundoherty.com

All content included on the Site, such as, but not limited to, images, text, graphics, logos, and button icons, is the property of Shevaun Doherty Art and is covered under international copyright laws. The purchase of any product does not provide the purchaser with any copyright interest or other intellectual property right in the product. All content on the Site that is not the property of Shevaun Doherty is used with permission. The arrangement of all content on the Site is protected by international copyright laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable license to access and make personal use of the Site as our customer. However, you are not permitted to:
